health clinics?

Where can i find free health clinics that will do the testing and stuff that i need and won’t make me pay?? or will take only a small donation…i live in arizona..if you know any 800 numbers i can call that will tell me where some are in my are or any websites or any webistes taht will help me find a clinic..sombody please help me!!!
