West Nile?
Gosh, I am so scared of getting West Nile… what are the chances? I’m one of those people that mosquitos looooove to get… and the reactions on my skin are huge, red, and horrible… Any tips for avoidance and treatment for these things? They are sooooo itchy; some of them hurt, and I really want to scratch them but I know they’ll just get worse and swell more… wahhh…

Answer is: put on extra Bug spray, about every 2 to 3 hours and also right after you get out of the lake or pool…

Bug spray and make sure that you always have your extremities covered with light clothing. Arms and legs covered.
