Wal-Mart has been synonymous with bringing affordability to middle/low income earners. WIth health care costs rising, the demand is there for affordable low complexity health care that don't need the skills of a Primary Care Physician. For the impact on store traffic, I am sure it will be negligible. A hospital teamed up with a major regional grocery store chain in my area and it seems to be doing well. There are never lines out of these "Quick Care" clinics. I used them once for a flu shot and I didn't wait for more than 15 minutes.
